2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please fill out our Refund Request Form. You will need to provide your Order ID and the email address used for the purchase.

While our guarantee is strictly no-questions-asked, we would deeply appreciate it if you could share a brief reason for your return. Your feedback is invaluable and helps us understand how we can improve NotionManager for future users!

We commit to processing all refund requests within 3 business days. Once a refund is processed by our secure third-party provider, your license key will be immediately deactivated, and the software will revert to the Free tier limitations. Please ensure you have secured any necessary backups before requesting a refund.

3. Abuse of the Refund Policy

While our guarantee is "no-questions-asked", we reserve the right to decline refund requests from users who are found to be abusing the policy (e.g., repeatedly purchasing and refunding the software to bypass trial limits).
